Timing and Scoring Integrated
Key Features
The LITEceiver Timing and Scoring Unit functions like a normal LITEceiver with the additional ability to automatically announce a Yellow Flag Caution condition to Timing and Scoring.
The LITEceiver Timing and Scoring is distinguished by having a USB cable permanently attached and a “T” character as the first digit of the firmware version displayed at power up.
When the track operator presses the YELLOW button on the LITEceiver Transmitter to send flags to the vehicles and track lighting, the LITEceiver Timing and Scoring receives the flag and illuminates YELLOW.
In addition, it sends an F3 keyboard code to the PC running the Timing and Scoring software. This keyboard shortcut causes Timing and Scoring to log the YELLOW flag just as if the track operator had pressed F3 on the PC keyboard.
It is possible to change both the flag color and the keyboard command sent.
